The public are welcomed to all Parish Council meetings, which start at 7.30pm and are held at Village Halls around the Parish. The Chairman is available from 7.00pm for surgery sessions before each meeting. Early in the agenda there is a public participation item during which members of the public are invited to speak at the discretion of the Chairman. Following this item, the public are welcome to stay and listen or may leave as they choose. Agendas of meetings are posted on notice boards and on this website (see table below, when Agenda finalised) at least 3 clear days before each meeting.
